IT PARTNERSHIPS Done Right

Reliable IT Support. Real Security

Proactive Managed IT for Growing Australian Businesses

WHAT SETS US APART

Our Values sets us apart from other Managed Service Providers

PROACTIVE CARE, NOT EMERGENCY RATES
Your IT provider should feel like part of your team, not a vendor you chase for answers. We monitor your systems around the clock and catch problems before they become emergencies. That means fewer outages, less downtime, and no surprise invoices when something breaks at 4pm on a Friday. Proactive care is included as standard, not charged as an extra.
SUPPORTING YOUR TEAM
We are your outsourced IT department and the only number your team needs to call. Mac, Windows, email, printers, network issues. We handle it all. When you call, a real person answers. Someone who already knows your business, your setup, and your name. No ticket queues, no runaround, and we speak plain English. If something does not make sense, we will explain it without making you feel like you should already know.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED, ALL IN ONE PLACE
From cybersecurity and Microsoft 365 management to hardware procurement and website management, we cover the full picture so you are not juggling multiple vendors. Every client who works with us started as a referral from someone who trusted us. We plan to keep earning that trust with transparent pricing, flexible engagement options, and solutions built around what your business actually needs. We explain every agreement in plain English before you sign, so you always know what is included, what is not, and what to expect.

WHAT our CLIENTS SAY

WHAT'S AN IT AUDIT?

An IT audit is a comprehensive review of a business’s technology systems, security measures, and processes. Its purpose is to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps. By conducting an IT audit, you can protect your business from cyber threats, ensure that your systems are operating efficiently, and save money by identifying outdated technology. This process is similar to a health checkup, which helps prevent problems before they turn into costly emergencies.

Book your free, no-obligation IT audit at a time that suits your business, and we’ll handle the coordination from there. We’ll reach out to your team to arrange access and answer any questions, then provide you with a simple preparation checklist so you know exactly what to expect. Don’t worry if things aren’t perfectly organised. That’s part of what we’re here to help with.

On audit day, our team arrives ready to gain a complete picture of your IT environment. We start by speaking with your staff to understand how technology supports their daily work and where they may be experiencing challenges. From there, we review your systems and security controls, inspect documentation such as policies and procedures, and gather the evidence needed to thoroughly assess your current setup. We know your business doesn’t stop for an audit, so we work efficiently and respectfully, keeping disruptions to an absolute minimum.

Once we’ve completed our assessment, we compile everything into a clear, easy-to-understand report. This document outlines our key findings, highlights what you’re doing well, identifies potential risks, and provides practical recommendations tailored to your business. We schedule a follow-up meeting, either online or in person, to walk you through the results in plain language, not technical jargon.

There’s no pressure or obligation to act on any of the recommendations. The report is yours to use however you see fit, whether that’s addressing issues immediately, planning improvements over time, or simply keeping it on file for future reference. If you decide to move forward with any improvements, The Array can assist with implementation. We’ll provide a transparent quote for the work you choose to proceed with, so you stay in control of the process and the budget.

Common Questions

How are you different from other Brisbane IT providers?

Most IT providers show up when things break and send a bill when they leave. We work differently. The Array is built around genuine partnership, which means we are proactive, we communicate in plain English, and we treat your business like it matters, not like a ticket in a queue. If you have ever felt talked down to or left in the dark by an IT company, you will notice the difference from your very first conversation with us.

We work primarily with small and medium businesses across Brisbane and Ipswich, typically between 5 and 50 employees. Whether you are a growing NDIS provider, a professional services firm, or a business that has simply outgrown your current IT setup, we are built to support you. If you are unsure whether you are the right fit, reach out and we will be straight with you.

We start with a 12-month managed service agreement, which gives us the runway to properly understand your environment, fix what needs fixing, and set you up for the long term. Your Microsoft 365 licensing runs on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in. At the end of your first year, agreements move to a rolling renewal with no surprises. Everything is explained in plain English before you sign a thing.

We do not publish a public price list because every business is different. A 10-person office with basic M365 and a server has very different needs to a 30-person hybrid team with compliance obligations. What we can tell you is that our pricing is per-user, predictable, and all-inclusive within your managed service agreement, with no surprise bills for routine support. If you are not ready for a full managed service, we also offer ad-hoc support for one-off projects, troubleshooting, or equipment procurement. If you have been burned by unexpected invoices before, that is exactly the experience we are built to replace.

Yes, and this is actually the most common situation we encounter. Switching IT providers feels daunting, but we manage the entire transition process for you, including migrating your systems, notifying your old provider, and making sure there is no gap in support. Most of our clients came to us after a frustrating experience elsewhere, and a smooth handover is something we have done many times. Book a free assessment and we will give you an honest picture of where things stand.

Yes. Most of the businesses we support have staff working across multiple locations, from home, or on the road. We manage Microsoft 365 environments that keep hybrid teams connected, secure, and productive regardless of where they are working. Remote device management, secure access, and cloud-based collaboration are core parts of what we deliver.

Your managed service agreement includes proactive monitoring, patching, MFA enforcement, and backup verification, all of which are designed to reduce the likelihood of an incident significantly. If something does occur despite those protections, we are your first call. Initial triage and containment are included in your agreement. More complex incident response, forensic investigation, or cyber insurance claim support may fall outside standard coverage and will be scoped and quoted clearly before any work begins. We will never leave you stranded, and we will always be upfront about what is and is not included.
